OH YEA'S!

"OH YEA'S" -- also known as "TIPS".
  • I use 2 oils in my house to cook with and one is Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil. It's SO insanely healthy for you. Just do some research (trust me). I use it when I need to cook with heat, although you don't want to go over MEDIUM heat when cooking with it because it can destroy the healthy benefits of it. And I like to use Organic Unrefined Expeller Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil when making salads or anything cold. Just don't heat the OEVOO because it does the same thing as coconut oil when heated, even more sensitive. Plus, real OEVOO is DELICIOUS! Have you had it by itself? 
  • I buy as much ORGANIC as possible except for what's not on the dirty list. You can feel free to buy whatever convention you'd like but I have my reasons (again, do research--it's beneficial). Low-sodium and BPA-free lined cans are steps in the right direction, too.
  • I like to use PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT. It's lighter, finer and the health factor somewhat surpasses regular table salt. As a matter of fact, if you want to cook like The Leggy Lemon, throw away the dang, plain-ol' table salt and get yourself some of this pretty, pink salt and/or iodized sea salt. Your ticker will jump to the tune of Justin Timberlake.
